The outdoor lighting design intervention arose from the need to redevelop a small urban parking area and the adjacent pedestrian zone, restoring identity and dignity to a public space often overlooked. The primary goal is to ensure safety, readability, and visual comfort during evening hours, improving the perception of the urban environment without altering its function.
Thanks to a careful and consistent arrangement of outdoor lighting fixtures, light becomes a tool for orientation, definition, and enhancement. The system was designed to provide uniform illumination, free from dark zones, with particular attention to glare reduction—crucial in both pedestrian and vehicular areas.

A consistent, technical, and understated project: the value of well-designed urban lighting
Even in a small-scale project like this, design consistency is essential. The selected outdoor fixtures—although from different families—share the same Landa design signature, based on formal minimalism, technical reliability, and architectural integration.

A lighting design that serves urban order
The distribution of light points follows the geometry of the space, accompanying the functional edges of the parking area and the adjacent pedestrian pathways. The fixtures are installed along the borders of the green islands, in a symmetrical arrangement, creating an orderly and visually pleasant rhythm.
The result is a space that is readable but not intrusive, where light guides movement without hindering it, integrating seamlessly with the stone paving and surrounding materials. It is a virtuous example of urban lighting design, where technical lighting serves both public function and aesthetic quality.
